By accessing, reading, downloading, or otherwise using this report, the AJII website, or any materials provided by AJII, you accept and agree to these Terms of Use and Disclaimer. If you do not agree, do not use the report or any AJII materials. Use of the materials after any update to these terms constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

AJII refers to AJII and the AI Job Impact Index, an initiative of A Fikr Foundation. AJII produces analyses and numerical indices intended to estimate relative automation vulnerability across a broad range of occupations. AJII is an independent research initiative. AJII scores and the report content are best understood as informed, model based estimates and expert interpretations. These outputs are not absolute facts. They do not guarantee that any given job will be automated or preserved. The scores do not constitute professional advice in law, medicine, finance, employment, public policy, regulation, or any other field where professional guidance is appropriate. Users should consult qualified professionals before making any decisions that rely on AJII outputs.

AJII materials are provided for free public sharing under the following conditions:

You may copy, cite, reproduce, distribute, and display AJII materials for non commercial purposes provided that you give clear attribution in the exact form specified below each time the material is reproduced.

You must not remove or alter any copyright notices, disclaimers, or other proprietary legends included with the material. If you wish to use AJII materials for commercial purposes or to redistribute them as part of a product or service, you must obtain prior written permission from AJII.

You may not:

• Publish AJII data or derived scores in a manner that implies AJII endorsement of a product service company or individual without our express written consent
• Use AJII outputs as the sole basis for automated decision systems that materially affect individuals rights interests or employment without a formal license and agreed risk controls
• Attempt to reverse engineer or recreate AJII underlying proprietary models or datasets for resale or deployment outside of an agreed license
• Remove, obscure, or alter attributions or copyright notices
• Create derivative data products for sale that are substantially similar to AJII without a license

AJII and Fikr Foundation own or control the intellectual property rights in the report text, the AJII name and logo, the AJII methodology as an original work and any proprietary datasets prepared by AJII unless otherwise noted. All rights not expressly granted in these terms are reserved. AJII does not guarantee that the information is error free or that access to the materials will be uninterrupted.

To the fullest extent permitted by law AJII and Fikr Foundation and their officers directors employees agents contractors and licensors will not be liable for any direct indirect incidental special consequential punitive or exemplary damages including lost profits lost data loss of revenue or business interruption arising out of or in connection with the use of or inability to use AJII materials even if AJII has been advised of the possibility of such damages. This limitation applies whether the claim is based in contract tort strict liability or other legal theory.

You agree to defend indemnify and hold harmless AJII and A Fikr Foundation and their officers directors employees agents contractors and licensors from and against any third party claim arising out of your breach of these terms your misuse of AJII materials or your violation of applicable law. AJII will provide notice of any claim and the option to participate in the defense where appropriate.

AJII makes reasonable efforts to ensure that its methods data and reporting are accurate and transparent. AJII may from time to time update refine or change its methodology models or datasets. Users should consult the AJII methodology statement for details on data sources model assumptions and weighting. Any updates relevant to methodology or to scores will be published in the report or on the AJII website. AJII does not undertake to update reports on a fixed schedule unless expressly stated.

AJII may suspend or terminate access to the report or any part of its services or materials at any time for any reason. Sections of these terms which by their nature should survive termination including intellectual property indemnity disclaimer of warranties and limitation of liability will survive.

These terms and any dispute relating to AJII materials are governed by the laws of the United States of America (US IP LAWS is the reference to govern legal rights).

The job titles, occupational descriptions, and occupation codes used in this report are drawn from ONET OnLine (ONET®), maintained by the U.S. Department of Labor, Employment and Training Administration. Where appropriate, descriptions have been adapted or summarized by AJII for clarity and consistency; original ONET identifiers (ONET-SOC codes) are retained for reference. Users should consult O*NET OnLine directly for the full official entries and metadata.

These terms constitute the entire agreement between you and AJII with respect to the report and AJII materials and supersede all prior or contemporaneous understandings communications or agreements regarding their subject matter.
